 15N,13C,2H isotopic labelling of proteins and RNAs for users of IBS NMR Spectrometers

Automated small scale production and purification of [15N]- and [15N,2H]-proteins for screening of proteins constructs suitable for NMR studies.
adaptation of E. coli overexpression conditions in minimal medium.
Large scale expression and purification of [15N], [15N,13C], and [15N,13C,2H]-proteins.
Large scale production of methyl specifically protonated proteins in highly (>98%) perdeuterated protein background.
Automated screening of proteins solubility and stability conditions.
In-vitro large scale production, labelling and purification of RNAs.|

 Proposals for deuteration may be submitted at any time and are reviewed by an international panel of experts usually within one month. Users are expected to participate in the experiments. Submission Forms can be downloaded here.

 PSB members are welcome to ask us for advices and protocols for isotop labelling of biomolecules. Establisment of a collaboration is required for the production of isotopically labelled proteins and RNAs in isotop labelling platform operated by IBS.
