Access mode: To be defined : service or collaboration
Cost for PSB-IVMS users: 3 euros per photo (no cost for CCD camera)
Negative staining: The protein or complex has to be bigger than 100 kDa. We need 20 microl at 0.2 mg/ml (+buffer). Try to avoid detergents.
Cryo-EM: only collaboration. The protein or complex has to be bigger than 500 kDa.
